During the session, DEI: How Company Culture Shapes Labor & Employment Initiatives and Legal HR Compliance, Randi explored how implementing policies and practices consistent with applicable employment law can positively impact company culture. She and fellow presenters, T-Mobile Corporate Counsel Heather Hamilton and Truth DEI Consulting CEO Nona Lee, focused on how advice from in-house and outside employment counsel can contribute to strong, diverse, and inclusive workplaces.
